In case you haven`t got the gist by now, every tiny detail has been thought about here. For example, the utility area is hidden behind sliding doors from the kitchen and also provides access to a downstairs cloakroom as well as the garage!

Across the other side of the room you will find the study. This also formed part of the extension works that were carried out so there is another pitched roof with Velux window as well as french doors out on to the patio so you can `bring the outside in` on those warmer summer days. There is a fitted office in here which you have to truly see to believe!!

The garden is extremely family friendly and low maintenance. There is a large patio area outside the bi fold doors and the owners have had a grey electric awning fitted to provide extra shade if you need it on sunnier days.
